Do you use Light mode or Dark mode on your operating systems?

As a neuro divergent with light sensitivity i use dark mode at almost any opportunity. The only two exceptions are when editing Word documents (to avoid using colours that don't work in light mode) and in maps (usually on a phone in broad daylight).

I first used dark mode on a phone when I got a Samsung Galaxy Note back in 2012. It was one of the 1st phones with an AMOLED screen (I know it's not THE 1st one), the blacks were truly black and I felt comfortable using it in all situations. But like you, I still use white backgrounds for documents and maps
