Here's what WiiM has to say about MMM:
Benefits of Room Correction with MMM
- More accurate room analysis
Unlike single-point measurement, MMM collects data across the entire listening area, giving a more complete picture of your room’s acoustics. - Optimized for multiple listeners
Sound is optimized not just for one "sweet spot", but for everyone in the room—ideal for shared or open seating areas. - Minimizes the impact of room imperfections
By averaging across positions, MMM reduces the influence of reflections, standing waves, and furniture placement that typically distort sound.
