Do I need a power conditioner for my power conditioner?

I was wondering if some of those dirty out of phase electrons from my local power plant can squeeze through my first power conditioner into my pristine 8 track signal. It occurred to me that I could likely intercept them much more effectively if I conditioned the power that is going into my power conditioner. The obvious next question is, does the power conditioner's power conditioner need another power conditioner?

If I don't get an affirmative answer here I will just do whatever Danny at GR Research tells me to do.

If you go by what the sellers of power conditioners tell you then yes you will need multiple power conditioners. The problem is that scientifically we do not have control over the electrons. They seem to at times do whatever they want without regard to what we tell them. That is a problem that CERN is having right now and rebuilding and updating the collider for the next few years. Pesky things are all so small you can't visually see when they start to misbehave. Then the worst of it is when the electrons start lying to you! So you especially want to get those liars out of your system. Remember you can't have too much woo to go with your voodoo! For tube people just coat your tubes in vaseline and that keeps the electrons in line. Just a tip to you tube professionals!

You won't notice an audible improvement until you get to the 5th power conditioner. After that point the rewards really start to show. Trust you ears. Mains AC is dirty stuff. You've no idea where those electrons have been. You need to show them who's boss.

Unless your power is from a diesel generator in the shed with an inverter and you play a banjo on a canoe.
Or unless your current kit is terrible.
A passive mains filter should clean spikes from fridges etc.
