Do I Have to Buy the Rose RS451 ?

Two out of the box options:

1) a bluray player that also plays dsd over network. Oppo 203 perhaps.
2) a small fanless mini pc.

For option 2 something from:
Beelink
Minisforum
ASUS NUC-style systems

Then either:
Run Android x86
Run Windows with a player such as JRiver Media Center
Run Foobar2000 with SACD plugins

I'm really trying to stay away from having the Android stack process the audio.

I do not know to what extent you may be willing to allow a Raspberry Pi based system to enter your audio chain, but I can suggest moOde audio.
Has for sure all you demand, except I am not sure about Neutron / and the likes. It can do, OTOH, Spotify connect and LMS / Squeezebox / BT / AirPlay...
Worth a look, IMHO, for as much as a 100 bucks... or whatever a Pi4 is worth ATM (just because the Pi5s are more expensive, power-demanding, and producing more heat, hence demanding cooling solutions that may be "noisy"...) I have a Pi4, and rocks. In any sense.

Outputs its UI to HDMI and via web. Outputs audio to USB, HATs, and HDMI. Any HAT providing more outputs will allow for S/PDIF / I2S and the like.

Audio Chain: Ugreen 4800 > Raspberry PI 5 (streams audio and UI) > Topping D70 Sabre Pro >DspMini 2/4 Flex > PVA 7 > Focal Aira 936 / (4) SVS Sb4000

I do like Pi's for their flexibility and programability. I use them all over the house as Roon bridges with Ropieee.
Another question: What is the purpose of the Topping D70 in your chain if it's feeding into a Minidsp?

How are you separating the audio form the video; are both being processed by your "cheap tablet and App"?

May not be relevant to the post, but the tablet or phone in my case is usually just a controller. My DLNA servers (either on a PC or on my NAS) will serve video files (with embedded audio) to every TV in my house, or I can, if I choose, watch video from any DLNA server on phone or tablet using VLC (other media players are available). My main TV also runs the audio to my streamer over HDMI/ARC. Any DLNA server on my LAN can serve audio files to any device that can play them. What I don't do with this setup is to stream video from the internet (or audio for that matter). Most TV I watch is broadcast, and saved to local disk on the TV if I want, but I do also save get_iplayer files to my NAS to watch later....

I got everything up and running smooth as a baby's ass: Ugreen NAS > Raspberry PI 5 MoOde player > USB Audio> Topping D70 Sobre analog Pro Anthem PVA 7 HDMI 2k UI > Anthem 1140 MRX. Cost $300.00, not $3,300.00 No Rose for me.

The DAC digital/analog; the DSP goes into the Anthem 1140.
