Do Bluetooth Earbuds (not Earphones) exist?

I was wondering if such a product exists on the market today?

From what I've seen, only earphones do.

Why am I asking? It's because I would like to be aware of my environment as much as I can and listen to music as well. (Beggars can't be choosers I'm sure !)

There are open IEMs like the Audeze iSine. You might be avle to use an aftermarket Bluetooth cable with those.
