DIY ultrasonic record cleaning question

I'm building a DIY ultrasonic vinyl record cleaning setup. Using a Vevor ultrasonic tank and BBQ rotisserie motor to clean stacks of records in a cleaning solution. More details at the bottom.

My problem is the motor turns a horizontal shaft, but sometimes the records slip and don't spin through the cleaning solution. I have 1/2 inch rubber spacers, 2 inch diameter, between the records, and compress the stack before connecting to the motor drive. I have done 5 batches so far, but need to improve the grip between the records and the shaft. The shaft is 1/4 inch all thread with shrink tubing covering the metal threads. Any suggestions?

My setup:
Vevor 15 liter ultrasonic tank (Amazon)
BBQ rotisserie motor (Amazon)
All thread shaft with shrink tubing liner, fits OK but not tight.
I'm doing batches of 10 - 12 records each batch.
Rinse bin. Distilled water and a few drops of wetting solution.
Microfiber towels to hand dry.
drying rack- dish rack with pvc spacers.

Cleaning solution is distilled water, alcohol, Triton X100 detergent. Heated to about 90 degrees F.

Any suggestions or improvements?

Use a dish rack bamboo or plastic a large towel scrunched under it after effective rinse ( use dishwasher rinse aid) place two usb fans blow them dry rotate if necessary. Do not use a microfibre cloth at all . Once cleaned use a good quality inner sleeve chucking any paper ones in the bin.

I use the same ultrasonic cleaner and also made my own rotisserie using a low rpm motor I got from Amazon Motor and used a wooden dowel, some sponge type foam packing cut into small pieces shoved onto the dowel between records. Yes ugly and was supposed to be temporary but have cleaned about 200 records so far with this. My only suggestion to you is the spacing is too small. I've heard there should be about 1" between records. I clean a maximum of 4 at a time. I use a spray bottle with a stream of distilled water only for a rinse.

Wow, how much power is that sonics bath?
Not knowing your setup and devices you use, my concerns would be:
If the sonics bath has enough power for that volume and to clean so many records at once, the water might get warm pretty fast risking damaging the labels.
If that's not an issue and the water is not getting warm, probably the sonics are not powerful enough for a meaningful cleaning of such a batch of records.
How are the results? Are you noticing improvements in really dirty records?

I am going to agree with Michael Fremer here: if you have a very large amount of records to clean, you want to have a fully automatic system, otherwise you might be better washing one by one manually. My 2c
