If your gear gets moved around a lot or the rear of your equipment is cramped for space I would go for the solder connection. If you're installing it once and will never unplug the cables again crimp is probably ok.
Crimping can be fine but it takes the right tool to do it properly, which usually means a different-special tool for every different terminal, and they tend to be expensive.
Both Connections can be Excellent and reliable if thy are done right.
With the right tools Crimping can give reliable good results.
Soldering needs a lot of more care and manual Labor this is why you wont find soldered connectors in for example Cars.
But some sort aerospace you may find Soldered connectors.
