DIRAC ART customer service help (suddenly my ART license revoked), any thoughts?

Getting back on this: after almost 4 weeks no response from Dirac.
I've gone ahead and bought the standard license to have access again and awaiting their response.

Honestly same on our end ,a friend of ours has been waiting 8 weeks with no reply regarding his Denon, which is completely unacceptable, especially since they did respond at first and then just vanished. It seems like they've completely lost the plot on customer support ever since ART became available on Denon and Marantz.

Well they know they are the absolute top of the line on the market at the moment, so perhaps they can slack a bit.
 
I wrote to @Flak about a discount for beta testers 3 weeks ago but no answer yet. They must be busy at the moment.
