I have an android TV box with 3.5mm SPDIF output (3.5mm phono jack type) not Toslink.
I am thinking to hook that one up to my Topping E50 DAC coaxial port.
I have some RG59 75ohm coaxial cable lying around and I am thinking to build myself a digital coaxial cable (RCA to 3.5mm jack)
Is the digital coaxial cable is a mono connection? Tip to tip and shield to shield only?
I can't seem to find much info online and some cables in the market use 3.5mm TRS and even TRRS connector confused me.
As long as I run this cable with RG59 75ohm, I shouldn't have an impedance miss-match issue, right?
The connection is short, <1m in length.
