Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I’m soon to be running digital coax RCA out from my WiiM Ultra to my Topping EX5 DAC/HP amp, RCA in, but the two are a few meters apart, so I need a long-run cable.

I already have an RCA to RCA subwoofer cable which is long enough.

Will this do the job, or might there be issues, either with a sub cable not being suitable for digital, or with it being a long run, or both?

Many thanks.

On paper, for digital coax RCA one shall use a 75 ohm cable but if the cable is short it should not matter
Try it and if you are unsure you can still buy one for peanuts

Why don't you just try it? If it doesn't work, you'll definitely hear it, or nothing at all.
Some companies use exactly the same cable material for their subwoofers and digital coax cables.

Due to normal coax construction, pretty much any screened coax cable has an impedance near enough to 75 ohms not to matter for domestic lengths. A few metres is short, it starts mattering when cable lengths get to tens or hundreds of metres. If you really want to keep more strictly to the 75 impedance, just use a length of ordinary TV antenna cable.

It will almost certainly work, I've used random RCAs (the kind with molded red/white plugs) and they are fine.

For super nice cables, a 75 ohm coax with Canare connectors is a good choice.
