I've recently bought a pair of JBL 305p desktop monitors and a WiiM Mini. The speakers on a 'desk' which is in fact a heavy oak dining table.
I've read that it is best to get the tweeters pointing toward my head, so I have 'toed in' the speakers. But i also need to angle them upwards. I'm guessing approx. 10degrees, but I'm not at my desk to measure.
The common 'tool' to angle speakers vertically seem to be isolation pads that have sections you can remove to achieve different angles, but the consensus seems to be mixed on whether these are beneficial and may actually cause problems. So what alternative options are there?
I'd rather not raise the speakers as they are already dominating the desk. And please bear in mind that the 'desk' is oak so nothing that will mark the wood!

Pitching them up is better than nothing, though raising the tweeters to ear height is still better.

No idea what problems foam wedges could possibly cause.

Use anything to angle them up, see if it improves things. A stick, a book, whatever is handy. If it helps, go with foam or whatever.

Like staticV3, I have no idea what problem foam wedges would create. And I would rather have them on foam than directly on a table or desk, that's for sure.

IsoAccostic is your friend.
You can get a set and try both inclination and raise, varioush degree.

No Audiophile hilariously uses beer cans to get speakers off his desk.

Anything to minimize the bounce off the desk surface.
