Desktop DAC/PreAmp/USB - DacMagic Plus alternatives?

Hi, first time posting, I'm sure this has come up before but I'm not finding what I'm looking for.

The headphone Amp in my Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus just died so I'm looking for an alternative whilst I consider trying to repair it.

Required:

• USB input
• Headphone amp - support 250ohm beyerdynamics
• Physical Volume dial

Would also like, but not required:

• Bluetooth input
• XLR output for active monitors
• Microphone in for PC connection

Budget £100-300, happy to hunt used market though.
I've not looked at this market for ~8 years since so please impart your wisdoms!

I suggest that you don't waste resources repairing it. Just buy a new DAC.
I second the Topping DX3Pro as a good choice.

For which I would also need the TOPPING A30 PRO as there's no integrated amp? Too expensive for little old me. Thanks though.
