I would also agree with you that standard desk height is with a keyboard on top, and an undermounted keyboard drawer can help. I did find my knees sometimes hit the keyboard thing, but it was still pretty good. I then used an ergotron sit stand station that had a keyboard mount that sits below desk level when fully down. This was a good solution, but needs a sturdy desk.
