Denon AVR X7200 W no sound only on off click heard

Denon AVR X7200W has no sound coming from speakers connected via HDMI to ARC also does not pick up blue tooth devices.
When factory reset is done just a slight click from both speakers.

Bluetooth operation on my Marantz (I'd expect Denon to be similar) is pretty non-obvious, but I cycled the BT on my phone off/on, held down the BT button on the AVR's remote for a few seconds, which put it into pairing mode. "Marantz" then appeared on my phone, and I was able to pair with it. AVR acts as a device, not a source, so it's not going to transmit to headphones or speakers.

Speaker output: Not sure, can you try a non-ARC source such as AM/FM? Is there any output via headphone jack?

I tried a non arc scource and also a blue ray player .. video is there but no sound finally I downloaded the repair manual and most probably will open the AVR tomorrow and check if +-5 V is coming

Are the speaker relays clicking? You can trigger these by plugging/unplugging something from the headphone jack. On my receiver, this detection sometimes goes a bit wonky, but a wee bit of contact cleaner gets it going again. And the relays themselves are known to wear out eventually.

Yes they are clicking but no sound pick up from any scource
