the credit card provider credited money to me today, it's ongoing case but based on the evident, there is not much to debate. Delayed order is one matter, but once the order is cancelled, the transaction should be refunded, simple as that.After I posted here about the deal, and eventually bought it myself, a kind fellow PM'ed about DP, whic led me to read the comments on mydealz.de. I realized i was not in an easy game. The reasons I kept reminding them, partly because I still, deep inside, hoped for the best, but mostly, I wanted to have proof that they promised and did not keep those promises, should I need to open a dispute with my credit card provider.

They actually asked me for the conversations between me and DP, which I readily provided. Glad I kept all the paper traits in this case.
I don't know if this will hurt my credit rating (never been late on any bills), but I suppose it will add up against DP (one is not enough but many will likely cause the payment provider to increase their fees)
for me it's a case closed, a lesson learned.
finally have a peace of mind to enjoy my x3800h.
