Or should I go for Ascend Audio Sierra LX + Subs or the. 3 way Philharmonic BMR Ceramic Monitor + Subs?
or something completely different?

Which offers more dynamics/live sound.

Budget - $4k

Thanks for the help

Simple. You definitely have to wait for reviews of the Ascilab A6B. So decision postponed. Welcome ;-)
EDIT: And after that you might want to wait for....
There is no need for decision paralysis when you can have postponing paralysis. Haha.

KEF LS60 available for right around $4K depending on where you shop, and whether you can go secondhand.

You are really at a tricky price point because there are a lot of strong options at or near it. Unfortunately we ASR folk tend to make these decisions harder, not easier. :)

Can you demo any of them?

Agreed. I'd want to hear the A6B given the reviews of earlier loudspeakers from AsciLab.

Consider using the loudspeakers you have until then.

@jmdesignz2 Welcome to ASR !

Music only? Type of music? Typical volume level?

Speaker location (especially: along short wall or long wall)? Listening position? Sub placement flexibility?

Optimize for one listener or more than one?

Do any of your electronics do room correction?

What speakers do you have now?

Measurements of Sonus Faber Lumina II are not encouraging:

Unfortunately, seems AsciLab is completely sold out and I am guessing they will not sell to USA until the tariffs stabilize

I am hopeful @AsciLab will sell to the USA soon. I have no idea when their loudspeakers will be back in stock.

In Europe the A6B is actually not available as well. But the A6B is almost three times the price of the C6B.

What is the estimated price of the A6B in the US?

JBL HDI-3800 are on sale for ~$4K a pair in the USA until Aug. 24.

I am leaning away from the Sourcepoint 888 due to this quote:

"two parts to the 888 forgivingness recipe that I can suggest. First, it sounds like the initial part of transients is slightly overdamped. ...The 888 is slightly softened, but, again, not dull."

I think this takes away from the live sound dynamics...

Sounds like that's from some subjective reviewer. You can safely ignore those sorts of reviews, generally. Even if they are being honest (and that's a big if, often their job is to produce flowery and confident-sounding but useless prose, not to honestly evaluate the product), you have no idea what they're actually hearing or if/how that will actually translate to your listening situation. What does "the initial part of transients is slightly overdamped" even mean anyway? Or "slightly softened, but again, not dull"? Those sorts of statement are utterly useless to evaluating a playback system, it seems to me.

BMR with a sub is a great set up. You are in the range where there are a lot of nice speakers. I would look at the reviews here on ASR and make sure what you want is in the recommended category. This gets you a very good set of speakers. For a sub you don't have to spend crazy money. There are good subs available for not a whole bunch of cash. Good luck and let us know what you end up getting and what you think of what you bought. We like good feedback from happy buyers!

I guess I'll be sub shopping soon. Speedwoofer 12S?

I have a comparably sized room and rarely give advice without knowing which music you prefer and if you have any decor challenges?

Also, am wondering why you are ranging from bookshelf speakers to large towers? Btw, have never been unhappy with subwoofer integration and, if your music has any serious bass, would plan for at least 2 subwoofers.
