Topping D10S and D10B, USB input only, outputs both S/PDIF types and analog, all three concurrently.

Blustream DAC12AU, both S/PDIF types - gives TOSlink priority. Outputs coax and SE analog concurrently.

I have had one for three years, no issues and not only does it have multiple concurrent outputs, it has two COAX so you can get identical output levels. USB input only
