DAC - Scarlett Solo vs Topping D10b

I want to to hook my pc upto some active pro PA speakers (+4dBu)

I need a usb DAC, ideally balanced with TRS/XLR line output.

I know the Solo is an audio interface, but the onboard DAC would be fine for my uses and budget. The solo seems to offer everything I need, but the question is the Topping harmonically better?

Or any other suggestions please?

Technically the Topping is harmonically better, if you mean the THD, but it shouldn’t matter for your purposes especially if you already have the Solo. Also iirc the Topping doesn’t perform well when used with balanced to single ended adapters if that is something you might need down the road.
