DAC recommendation

Hi, Just found this forum and it's awesome but as a novice I am a bit lost sorting all the infos.

As I am in the process of upgrading to new monitors for my Iistening system I'd like to find a DAC with the best measurements that offers certain features:
- fully balanced XLR outputs
- USB, toslink and blutooth inputs
- no "ploc" or "plop" when turned on
- volume control

Optionnal features in which I'm interested are:
- bypass mode
- remote control
- dimmable screen

All of this for the best price of course! Thank you for any help.

The way I'd typically do it is go to the Review Index for Electronics, input "DAC" into the search field, and look through the recent reviews until I found something that matches the requirements.

First thing I found that appears to be a good match is Fosi Audio ZH3. Headphone amp isn't something you need, but otherwise seems like it would work. Of course plenty of others to look through.
