I have a question is it really worth it to get let's say more expensive Topping D50 III over Audient ID4 MKII and will it change or improve Kali IN-5s sound signature, scene, depth, detail etc. over Audient ID4 MKII ? Audient at least on paper looks to be better value for the money with more features for lower price and build quality also is good. I'm interested only in good sound from speakers other features like headphone or mic port is not critical to me but also at the same time it's a good bonus if it comes together with a dac. I will be using DAC or audio interface via USB in to a PC and balanced cables to speakers. In simpler words basically i want to know if a cheaper audio interface is a bottleneck for IN-5 monitors.
