NOS DACs are pretty much like the first generation DACs, no oversampling and no filtering.
A popular chip is the Philips TDA1541A (1989-1995).
Most todays NOS are still using this old chip.
Metrum Acoustics is one of the few known to me developing its own DAC chips.
