DAC minimal (only DSD input)

Hi everyone
I was wondering if there is a DIY project for a minimal DAC that can only convert a DSD 1024 signal. It will receive the DSD stream via USB from a PC/Raspberry. The DAC will never have as input one PCM stream, but only from @DSD1024. I wonder if it is possible to make such a project with discrete components (not using a DAC cip)

May I ask why DSD1024? Anything over DSD512 has no audible benefits IMHO and makes things unnecessary complicated at the cost of extra processing (and heat).
