Cheap audio interface/dac for PC

Long tragic story short, i have a Tempotec Serenade PCI sound card to which i've connected active speakers through RCA and headphones through 6,3mm jack, BUT, i can't use the card anymore as i have upgraded to Windows 11 and it doesn't support the drivers when i have Secure Boot enabled in my PC (need that for something).

So i have to ditch the sound card and get something like Behringer UCA202 so i can connect both speakers and headphones at the same time (i use one at a time, but i want easier switch than jumping under my desk everytime to switch connectors)

So what device with jack and rca outputs would you recommend for my PC for cheap lets say in 3 price points:
1. <50€
2. 50-100€
3. <150€

and would these devices actually deliver better performance than the sound card or i won't hear any difference?

Active speakers: some old modecom SHF120u which i'm pretty happy with as a PC speaker till they die

Heaphones: ISK HD9999 soon to be replaced by DT 770 PRO or DT 990 PRO (need to figure if i want closed-back or nah)

Topping dx1? And use jack to rca for speakers and big jack for heaphones?

If you know your drivers are safe, you can bypass the verification and allow them to install manually. Mike Richards did a simple instruction sheet on how to do it:

I've had to do it for a few things, mainly when Windows 11 came out and some things I knew were safe just weren't updated quick enough, so I manually did this and they worked. Safeboot is such a hassle for drivers sometimes.
