DAC/AMP recommendation for elac debut 3.0

Hi. I want to build a budget-friendly but good audio setup. I’m looking for a DAC/amp that has a phono input so I can connect a turntable without a built-in preamp. I also want it to have HDMI and Bluetooth.
I want to buy a fluance rt82 which does not have preamp.
The speakers I’m considering are the ELAC Debut 3.0 series or the KEF Q3 Meta, so I need something that can drive them properly.
I saw people on YouTube recommending the WiiM Amp Ultra, but it doesn’t have a phono preamp. What device would you recommend that offers good sound quality at a reasonable price?
I’ve also been looking at the Denon DRA-900H. Would it satisfy all of the needs I mentioned above?

A Wiim Ultra would probably be a good fit due to its excellent connectivity. Add a 3e Audio A7 amplifier, or maybe the A5 if you want to save some money and don't need the additional power and you're set. I don't know about the Denon - you really need to decide for yourself if it ticks all the boxes.
