DAC/AMP Opinion / Recommendation

Hi Guys,

I currently use a NX4DSD with my DT770 80Ohms and I bought it because of the portability and I used to travel much more.

But now am considering a more "desk" solution. I have sort of narrowed it down to the following 3.

Which setup will you guys say will give me a better sound than NX4?

1) Topping DX3 Pro

2) Topping D30+A30

3) JDS Labs OL DAC + ATOM Amp

Also if you think that none of these 3 will give me much better sound that NX4DSD then I'll just use it for my desk too

As you expected, no real difference. The real difference is the functions and ease of use.
I think the NX4 is to fiddly for desktop use. My best combination would be the D30 + ATOM amp or the DX3 Pro. Will it sound different? No.
But that D30 + ATOM have the best measured performance of the options you have listed.

I don't know if this matters too much but, I saw that the D30 was available in black from amazon.com .
