Hello, It has been a while since I posted here, I am following up with my precious post from last year which regards to me buying a Shure MV7+ as well an interface with it. I've recently was able to purchase said items, it had taken a while due to irl issues/health.

I've gone ahead and got the Shure MV7+ and paired it with (either a temporary or a keeper) the Elgato Wave XLR. I decided to get this due to the mute button + it being cheap. I'm not sure how the sound quality will be however, I am going to connect via XLR cable to help increase the quality if it does. If however, I decide to get a better Interface. I'll look into it then. But for now, I hope this setup will be decent for a while.

Onto my main question. I have a pair of HD599 headphones from Sennheiser. I was planning on upgrading them to HD600 or the other variants but from reviews it seems the HD599's are primarily more suited for gaming. So I plan on just keeping them. I do however, plan on upgrading my old DAC/AMP combo. I have the Schiit Fulla, its the older model not the "E" or the newer model. Although I do wanna get something else other than the Fulla "E" model. I was looking at the Topping Dx3 Pro+, FiiO k7, or FiiO K11.

At this moment, I do have my eyes set on the Topping DX3 Pro+ due to some reviews saying it sounds more natrual, while the K7/K11 has more of a warmer or intense sounds. Also from reviews the HD599 is more of a natrual sounding headphones too so I was thinking pairing this with a dac/amp that is also natrual sounding might be a better option. But, I'd love to hear thoughts from anyone who is way more experienced than I am.

// I'd also like to note that I am a very noob type of person when it comes to audio. First headphones I tried was the HD599. I fell in-love with how nice it sounded, and when I tried moving onto another pair of headphones (Astro A50) I immidiately returned due to the vast difference in sound. Astro A50 sounded way too much washed out. I've always had the schiit fulla paired with it, I am not sure if it even does anything to help but its like a piece of mind type of thing to have a Dac/Amp combo i guess?

Thanks for any recommendations or help~
