Cymax Purifi 1ET9040BA with Weiss OP2-BP Dual-Mono Power Amplifier

In the +-32V version the voltage drops 0.2V at 930W from 64.5V to 64.3V. At 15A output current for 5 seconds.

All tests were made at 100VAC input.

Thanks
Is this when the current changes from 0 to 15A?

Please note that the voltage drop is NOT a fixed value at the output; it's only the voltage drop captured by the FLUKE 289 DMM at the load event.
The output voltage will recover to its V-out idle - 0.1 ~ 0.2 drop at Load-W.

Hope that answers your question

Thanks

Thank you for this data. A <1% load regulation at 12A is excellent. A < 3% regulation at 17A is good. I assume these numbers were for a fixed line voltage, correct?

When time permits, and you are preparing for a production release, it'd be nice to know the line regulation specs. Maintaining a constant output voltage (and hence output power) with a varying input (85VAC to 240VAC) is crucial.

Thanks again for the data!

The SMPS is universal AC input 85VAC-260VAC. PFC.

Thanks

So now it seems the move from one model to the next is
MK2 to PRO - Independent Fuse Socket + XLR x2
PRO to PRO MK2 - taller chassis + Micro Audio
