Cover me I'm going in! - Post your favorite song covers.

Eliza Carthy & Saul Rose playing Good Morning, Mr. Walker
And the original by The Mighty Sparrow who joined in one of Eliza's videos during lockdown

Haven't checked the complete threat but I think this one is still missing:

Also for all the Joe Jackson fans, if there are any here.

Rush - The entire feedback album

I was watching Synanon documentary when I heard this rendition of California Dreaming:

I discovered this during my first trip abroad with my (now since 14 years or so) wife, while having a drink in some little pub/bar in Paris (France, not Texas)...

Moriarty cover of Depeche Mode's Enjoy the silence :

P.S: the band "Nouvelle Vague" has already been posted here... I love 'em. I'm listening to so many of their covers.

The Rezillos' cover of Fleetwood Mac's 'Somebody's Gonna Get Their Head Kicked In'.

... and the original for comparison. I always thought Stevie Nicks era Fleetwood should have continued to do this number to wake up the audience ... ;-)

Fleetwood Mac's 'Somebody's Gonna Get Their Head Kicked In
Hmm, well... kind of,.... as far as I remember, it was originally Only released in 1969 as a 'Single' and was listed as being by: "Earl Vince & The Valiants"
(Not to be confused with "Vince Vance & the Valiants" who are an American novelty group from New Orleans) :)
with the "Fleetwood Mac" song on the 'A' side of the Single, being 'Man of the World'., here: https://audiosciencereview.com/foru...are-we-listening-to-right-now.40/post-2020500

It was written by Jeremy Spencer. I probably still have it somewhere downstairs, in a box, with all my old Beatles Singles. :)

Courtney Hadwin, age 13, does a rather amazing cover of Otis Redding's Hard to Handle on America's Got Talent in 2018.

Other versions of this on youtube have tens of miillions of views, but this one claims to have the best audio, and I think that's right:

Four (count them, four!) covers of Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf, starting with a duo, and moving up to 1000 musicians:

Larkin Poe:

Mikayla Lewis:

Courtney Hadwin:

Rockin'1000:

And a cover of Magic Carpet Ride by Stonefield, a band of four sisters in Australia:
