could you recommend me a DAC for hi res audio

Hello does someone know of a portable DAC to use with my phone and laptop to listen to 24bits 192khz songs wihout loss? I'm searching for something reviewed with good parameters, I know dragonly was reviewed and it obtained bad results, does someone know of some portable dac with good scientific results in this forum to stream hi res audio? thank you

I remember there was an index to view all recommended products with the name and the link but I can't find it anymore (long time without entering to the forum). In the index I can't press in the section dacs to view only the dacs reviews, the only way I find is to go to reviews and search one by one all reviews
