I have couple of EQ configs for my headphones, and monitors. I have previously used ReaEQ with some math applied to mimic the headphone config (which are in Q versus ReaEQ's octave bandwidth), but after some googling i found someone mentioning that shelve filters don't operate according to the conversion from Q to bandwidth math in ReaEQ. I also hear FabFilter Pro-Q is not suitable due to different Q numerical values. I've used this site to calculate the conversion: calculator-bandwidth

Does anyone know how to convert the Q value for high and low shelves for ReaEQ octave bandwidth? I have attached my APO configs here.

Or if anyone can suggest some usable plugin with Q-values that match the apo Q numerical values?
