Convert Q to frequency range (car audio novice)

I got the Audison bit Nove processor for my car. Not sure if anyone has experience, but to set the PEQ one has to enter the Q as frequency range (BW=[102.9-123.7]Hz as a random example) rather than Q. Is there an easy way to convert (e.g. from REW given Q’s for the filters).

And if there is any advice on how to approach, let me know. My plan is to use REW+mic to measure, put in a -6db 20-20k target curve and plug in the suggested filters. It it is my first time playing with car audio.

Highly doubtful. Even if you can, the best way to use REW with an equalizer it doesn’t support is to use the RTA feature and tweak filters in real time.

Thanks for the help. The green one is what I ended up with. It is very rough the filters one can set in that processor.
