I need to replace the earpads for my JT7s, but I can't find anything on the European Fiio website. Can anyone recommend compatible earpads available in Europe? Is it true that the ones for the Fiio FT1 and FT1 Pro are perfectly compatible?
I don't have an answer to your question unfortunately. I am just dropping by to mention that different pads might have a somewhat significant and noticeable affect on the sound. If possible, best to stick to original pads, or pads for which you can find some data.
Here is an example of that for 3rd party HD600 pads, taken from an LTT Labs article.

I have the FT1 Pro and Para 2, which is an even bigger planar than the FT7. I was able to fit my FT1 Pro pads on my Para 2 and vice versa. As such any ~100-120mm pad should fit within reason. I have the Brainwavz XL Velour pads on my Para 2 and it fits my FT1 Pro too.
