Compact Headphone Amp-Equalizer for use-application on the Headphone Line output?

I am looking for a Headphone amplifier that has also Peq Eq ability or at least some kind of Equalizer
that i can use at the after the Headphone Line Output of my Interface but i don`t want it to be a USB interface or DAC that i have to choose
as an Interface but something standalone that can Equalize (and ideally store Eq Curve profiles) a Line signal
Any recommendations - Ideas?

UPDATE:
For anyone interested i found exactly what i want. Only huge bummer is that is seems to be a discontinued product
It was called MiniDsp HA-DSP.
If anybody knows something similar i would appreciate any information

Hmm, I've never seen this before. Still, under more common loads it should default to Amirm's findings? No, the way the Q5K handles volume means that it's performance is better than Amir's results under normal usage/common loads.

Hmm,, double post? I asked you a question in a thread and then started a new thread as i thought i want to reach more people.
In my logic these are not the same as starting two same threads? It is a different subject-a different kind of device than my other Post.
Unless i am seeing it wrong?
