Coffee - do you and how do you consume it?

Coffee beans from Costco, usually a dark roast although I am gifted a lot of my beans. 15 tbsps finely ground in a drip coffee maker. After brewing immediately fill several mason jars, cool to room temp and then refrigerate. Drink cold and black the next day. The object is to be caffeinated with seconds of my feet hitting the kitchen floor every morning.
Make the coffee and then refrigerate it. That is the same as me. Unless it is below 45 F when I walk outside, I'm not interested in HOT coffee

I tried the homemade cold-brew method but the flavor was always weaker than hot-brewed.

I've tried it with a Hario Mizudashi brewer:

I've also tried making ice coffee with espresso shots, ice and milk, and they both taste pretty thin and weak, unless you add sugar. Your ability to taste is greatly reduced at cold temperatures, which why most cold drinks, ice cream, etc., are usually very sweet.

I'm fine cold and black but a touch of sugar (or sweet cream) is also fine. But, for me, those two things are easily over done.

I have a coffee maker that has wifi built into it, I pour the beans into the machine then use my 'app on my phone telling the machine how long to grind the beans then it pours the coffee into the cup with a notification that the brew is done, come downstairs and drink the coffee (just imagining how a modern coffee maker would work !).

I just grind the beans with my electric grinder then make drip coffee pouring the water into the funnel -> cup, the 'old school' way.
