Wow. Had no idea someone had done this kind of testing! I have a few CRC cleaners. Have to look to see which is which.

Loved that Simple Green was that good on oil (99%).

It is maddening to go shopping for stuff like this, glues, etc. where there are hundreds and hundreds of variety.

Simple Green, if used on aluminum, rinse extremely well.

What does it do on aluminum?

A lot of people who keep things "spotless", e.g. some cyclists, some motorcyclists, etc. write that it corrodes aluminum or in other chemical manner damages the finish.

I just use it as a substitute for Ouzo when I get carried away.

The value of bikes has jogged a recent memory about professionals cheating; somehow a light battery in the frame & an assistance motor. I forgot the details, but I wonder about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ involved & the engineering.
