Season's Greetings!

Christmas is a Christian jubilee for birth of Holy Christ Jesus. It started Europe and has spread widely around the world mainly because of crusades , conquistadors and migration of Europeans. In many countries it is a holiday and as effect of St. Nicholas who evolved to Santa Claus, also a fiest for children and charity, with gifts. The holiday and charity meaning of Christmas is widely accepted among different cultures, and many international and national varieties exist, diluting the religious message.

Chants for choirs at church are the longest tradition, but in modern and postmodern times unreligious "pop" Christmas songs/carols have gained wide popularity.

Please present some of your favourites in this thread!

My favourite album is this by Rajaton accappella group

and I love to watch this too

Poor Phil, everyone always picks on him.
Now at 79 still doing time in prison for murdering Lana Clarkson.
It was an accident, really. o_O

I do like traditional Carol's, joy to the world, silent night and hark the herald Angel's sing especially. And I love to to listen to the mormom tabernacle choir belt these out, terrific!

No, I don't mind expansion. I'm ex-christian atheist and got used to insulting Xmas covers etc. fun. I don't dare to show the strangest stuff here...

Earworm classic by late Juice Leskinen

it's a story about the piglet's xmas (we eat ham here traditionally)
