Choosing speakers for Wiim Amp Pro

Hi Everyone, I’m from Australia and I listen to music on Edifier 1700BT using Bluetooth and the JBL spinner turn table. But I enjoy music in my 2013 Land Rover Frelander 2 Meridian system and my Bose quite comfort ii earbuds.
Simply like it when a system can produce clean spacious audio with instruments separated.
Today I ordered an open box Wiim Amp Pro to set up at my living room only for listen music. I also bought a Jamo J10 sub on Marketplace last week as well.
My living room is 4.3 x 4.8 feet and has 10.2 high roof. The future speakers will be placed in the long side.
So, I want to buy a pair of speakers for the system. Think of Dali Spektor 2 or Oberon 1 at the moment as they are on sale.
Can you guys recommend me either of those speakers or any other brand/model to suite my needs?
Much appreciated!

budget would be nice

i personally think the ascilab f6b is an excellent buy, it's absolutely spectacular at its job of being so good it's boring. Not the widest sounding but tight imaging (accurate placement of sounds)

Emotiva XB2, Ascend Sierra 1 V2 and KEF Q Concerto Meta are other alternatives at different price points. All excellent, just different.

Emotiva is bright and has a wide sound, Sierra 1 V2 is dead neutral and has a wide sound, Q Concerto Meta is not as wide and is a bit dark but has really nice imaging. You can eq down the Emotiva or Q Concerto Meta to taste.

Get whichever looks the best to you/is the most easily available. All of em are splendid with the F6B and Sierra 1 V2 are the most plug and play things ever, nearly dead neutral.

Thanks for all the information. Unfortunately almost non of those speakers aren’t available to buy here in Australia . The only available one in your list is the q concerto meta and sadly it’s over my budget.

Is there some mistake? Do you have same feets as some other countries?
Agreed. Perhaps a set of good headphones could work in there?

Try Focal Aria Evo X N1, or a
2nd hand pair of Focal Aria 906

Can be bought in Oz

to buy here in Australia
I think PSE-144 is more accessible in Australia than anywhere else.

you still havent given a budget so i cant help you much without randomly just pointing out stuff

BUT, if you're not looking for the prettiest speaker and want the best output, the JBL 308P or the Adam T8V are exceptional contenders. Problem is that they don't get too loud, so if you're after that I'd look at something else, like the ELAC DB63.

Since you have a Wiim Amp Pro already (excellent choice btw), I think your best bet would be the ELAC DB63 or the ELAC DBR62, both excellent speakers but the active ones i mentioned are generally better outside of loudness. If the KALI IN-5 or IN-8 V2 is in your budget I'd also think about that, if you're open to studio monitors.

Loads of options, just that "hifi" ones look better and usually perform worse, but on the bright side they're passive so if the amp dies you can just change it.

See this review. As he ran them off his WiiM Amp Ultra. Starke Sound Beta 5. Getting a lot of praise.
