Planning for a 3-way design and came across two very similar drivers:
SEAS Prestige CA15RLY (H1216) and SEAS Prestige ER15RLY (H1455)
Pricewise, they are decently close without a sale (108 to 97), but currently on Madisound Audio, their prices are 108 and 75 respectively. Their parameters are also consistently similar with each other and the only large-ish difference is what looks like a null in the 5khz area of the H1455, which isn't present in the latter. Are there any other pieces of information that could help me determine which would be better?

Aesthetics, the specs are close enough, what driver do you like the looks of?

Depending on your crossover set-point, you may get a flatter response with the CA15RLY.

Sometimes items go on sale because the end of product life is near making replacements harder to find.

Looks like the CA15RLY has slightly better damping of the cone breakup.

Personally though I would take the cheaper ER15RLY, a decent crossover design should already suppress those breakup modes. Spend the $33 saved on a better tweeter or cabinet construction.
