Thanks, the JBL 305p are a bit over budget, but that's not a problem. And just so I know: I'm not being offered the amp and passive speaker combo because of the budget?

I was adding an option below the cost of the JBL 306.

In the Speaker review link I posted you can find lots of passive speakers and actives too. So I am not trying to steer you to active. But yeah, it may be harder to find passive speakers + amp that fits your budget.

If you have any skill at all with wood glue and clamps, you might be able to find a speaker-kit like the Parts Express C-Note. Parts Express may not be available in your location, but maybe there's something similar.

Sorry, but due to my limited knowledge of English (and my uncertainty about the automatic translation), I didn't understand what you were getting at. Anyway, I searched for the bands I listen to, and unfortunately, I couldn't find anything (Olhava, Show Me a Dinosaur, Levithan, Austere, Воргашор).

That is the point it is to find NEW bands. So Search metal (post-metal, black metal), shoegaze, and blackgaze Russia, Russia(n) Metal. This website and college station specializes in emerging bands and genres many outside the USA and stays away from big name popular artists in the USA. What you got was 47 pages of reviews of metal releases and metal bands (200-250) but maybe the jump to translating the short reviews is a bridge too far. Sorry to waist time but there is so much undiscovered music much of it not easily obtained on vinyl.
