Hello,
Of course, clones will never sound as good as the originals, I disagree.
If you have electronics knowledge, any clone will sound excellent.
A GOOD PCB base (gold)
A well-thought-out design
Sometimes an improvement, even the entire original.
Using good components is very important in Accuphase clones, large projects.
Because they consist of over 2,000 electronic components.
You can't ignore measuring the finer components
because you'll lose quality.
See my assembled project.

How it works.
After assembly. I've had friends with expensive audio systems with the Golden Voice C-2810 and they were impressed.
I'm assembling various Chinese clones and testing them to the limit.
For example, this is the next clone I'm building: the Audio USA CAT SL-1. Its problem is hum and distorted high-frequency response.
The left channel is muffled.
After matching all the capacitors 1-to-1, the high-frequency response is correct.
And after matching and measuring the tubes to match the power, the left channel has practically the same volume as the right.
The next problem is hum. After rebuilding the linear filter
for the 6.3V power supply for the auxiliary tubes, I used 1000uF,
which improved the start and voltage purity.
And I added a five-stage filter to the 270V main power supply. The hum is gone.
Further work is on balancing the XLR.

IF you don't have any knowledge of parts and components from China, and you're building a project with cheap resources,
forget about sound quality... greetings.
