Cheap headphone amp under $50 USD

It's for my mom, and she's got hearing aids, so nothing great needed. Looking at the Douk U3. Is there anything better for the price? Budget is $50 firm.
Must have analog input. Her TV only has R/L RCA outs at line level.

I'll probably give her my Grado SR60 cans to use.

U3 is fine.
Seems to have an on/off thumb.

There is nothing class-A about it though.

Make sure you replace the stock opamp with a jfet or opa1565 to remove the insane turn on and off thump.

Any used Schiit Magni amp would be a good bet. My Magni 2 is still running just fine. Because of the pace of Schiit updates to the Magni and Modi lines, there are a fair number of earlier ones out there that people get rid of, but work perfectly well.
