Cheap DAC/Pre with sub out?

For my cottage I'm setting up a 2.1 system with leftovers from my stack. Active Adam Sub, Crimson 620D amp and ye olde Mission 761 speakers.

Not willing to spend more than 200ish.

Was looking at Topping DACs but it seems not possible to connect amps and sub separately with a DX3 for example.

Are there any affordable DAC/Pre out there allowing to feed amp and sub independently? A high-/lowpass function for the outputs would be even more amazing but I guess that's out of question. Not looking for a MiniDSP solution btw.

All Adam subwoofers have a crossover (LPF+HPF) built-in, so all you need is a simple Stereo DAC and do DAC->Sub->620D->Mission 761.

The Adam will take care of splitting the signal.

Yep, used it this way for a long time. But there is an audible difference between going DAC direct versus via the Adam. Hence my request.

You can use a DAC like the SMSL D-6, D-6S or Topping E50 to output audio to your Sub and Crimson Amp separately, but you won't be able to high-pass your Mains.

You'll have to play them full-range, then adjust the Sub's low-pass filter to match.

For a proper crossover, you'll have to look into a miniDSP, the WiiM Amp/WiiM Ultra, or some other crossover solution like the t.racks DSP solutions or other active crossovers from DBX or Omnitronic.

Last year I did use SMSL DO100 for 2.1 stereo setup.
On the DO100, both the XLR & RCA outputs are active simultaneously.
Unfortunately no high-pass/low-pass in the DO100 if you go this route.

I have now moved on to using Topping DM7 with software crossover.

Just saw the Topping D50iii - has four outputs too. Anybody knows if they are active simultaneously. Fits the price-range.
