Too bad. His brand of music was often criticized a bit unfairly I think. Maybe it’s nostalgia but I can sit down and enjoy a Seals & Croft once in awhile.

In my younger days back in the 80s, 70s soft rock (really, anything not punk/alternative) would have been looked upon with utter scorn by myself and my friends. I've mellowed a lot since then. I can definitely enjoy all sorts of stuff that young me absolutely hated.

Philip Baker Hall, the beloved Hard Eight and Seinfeld star, has died as tributes pour in for the “Lieutenant Bookman” actor.
Hall’s death was announced by Los Angeles Times sports writer Sam Farmer, who said the actor passed away peacefully on Sunday, according to The Sun.
“My neighbour, friend, and one of the wisest, most talented and kindest people I’ve ever met, Philip Baker Hall, died peacefully last night,” Farmer shared on Twitter.
“He was surrounded by loved ones. The world has an empty space in it.”
