CD6006 and its CS4398

A couple of simple questions re subject that I'm hoping can be answered here:

1/ Does the CD6006 do anything to the DAC output before sending to the line out? I don't have access to the technical manual...

2/ Can the CD6006 send SACD files to the DAC?

1) Please specify "do anything". I'd assume it's got the usual output filter / balanced to SE stage. Yeah, specs say HDAM used for lowpass duties and an HDAM SA2 for output buffer duties.

2) According to specs it will neither play SACD nor DSD files (or WAV or ALAC, for that matter). It's a plain ol' CD + WMA/MP3/AAC data disc player.

Thanks for the reply, I was just curious re the output stage as when I measured the rms voltage of the line out using a -5dbFS 1kHz sine wave file the right channel is a tad higher than the left (+0.03db).
