Late February spring. Their mother is a rare bird (full yellow) so I don't even know what to say.

Yup, this time old cat passed on offspring usually I have more. Four are too much for one cat so we will see and I will have to chase her as she will move them once or twice. Hopefully three will grow up (when small they have natural predators including various birds like Crows).

Sure, I had 11 (8 kitties from 3 cat's) that whose a flock. Jokes aside male's have to part and claim their own territory. They are sort of happy country side alley cat's. This is the female whose kittens are those.

She is (genetically) rare otherwise quirky but perfectly fine so it won't be a easy ride for me when they become unrest and she starts moving them around. By the looks of the things it whose party.

my new cat , 13 weeks old ( i mean young ) kitten that i named , ' Melanie ' she has been wormed flea treated no issues with her
she has been a game-changer she has brought my cat Bear back from the brink of 8 months of depression in a single day of day 1 , 4 days ago present to this posting
Bear sensed the loss of Magic and fell into lapse of depression within a week and his character personality habits changed , sleeping on the indoors-bike , on top of audio equipment , behind the window ( never laying on the bed beside me or even laying on my lap ) and then months laying on the kitchen counter and never jumping down onto the floor ( it changed 4 days ago glade to see Bear back to his usual-self )

day 1 , when to lady found online cats for sale re-home , spent 20 mins chatting and then placed my new kitten in the carrier came back by bus ( which i didn't have to ) i though i had friends ? i phoned a friend known for least thought i known for 40 years and starts with must negativity , barking at me then mutes the video-call and un-mutes and asked if he calmed down ? and was going to ask favour if he could drive me up to pick kitten up , but he rudely closed the video-call , yes that was very inspiring encouraging , i think i distance myself with him i don't need that

^ this is why its better to love animals more than humans

so i brought Melanie back by bus and she was calm no fuss at all ( i wonder if my health would allow , would she like going out on the bike ? ) Bear is relaxed used to it , anyway i leave that for another time too early yet she has to get used to her new home surroundings and used to Bear

day 3 , i think she'll be slim female lady once fully grown 18 months , the bombay female is also less weight than the male bombay which is what Sooty was , yet very long-fur , i think Melanie will be short-fur and bit smaller size than Sooty

day 4 , Melanie mostly wonders around the bedroom or sleeps on the bed , or wonders behind the curtain watching the birds or the tree outside
she is litter trained
she's a good girl at jumping leaping around
she often has deep purring which is calm relief remedy

Bear and Melanie have gotten so used to each other now
Melanie is coming up to 15 weeks old

First time poster! Any Maine Coon owners or those interested in them? May I introduce Maggie (B&W) and Dora (Blue Tabby). We got Dora when Maggie had just turned two and to our surprise, they were firm friends after just one week. Happy to answer any questions for those considering this breed.

I promise to post more about my audio setup very soon but for now please enjoy a few pictures of the cats!
