Cary. Audio SI 300.2D intergrated-amp. Whats wrong?

So I had a chance to audition this int-amp with Tannoy Kensington GR (same speakers that I have atm). Listening alone, it sounds really good, but when I look for measurements, the numbers seem really bad (but still the reviewer praise it)
Am I reading the measurements wrong? Is this amp recommended?

The standard answer here is don't buy it if it measures bad even if you really like it. This is the wrong place to ask.

You can keep it Andre. Just don't tell us what it "sounds" like because you don't know unless you test properly.

Bought a NAD M22 v2 which based on Hypex Nc400 that amirm reviewed couldnt be happier bought a Topping DX7 Pro as preamp couldnt be happier
Both blindbuys based on measurements here And yeah, dont buy bad measured gears, of that I agree
