He runs the go to website for all things Carver called thecarversite.com. I believe he was once an employee of the Caverr corporation, but I'm not sure. There is one other qualified repair person at a place called Hi-Tech audio. His name is Roland. It is up in the Pacific Northwest in the state of Washington. He was a a authorized Carver repair facility back in the day and he does an excellent job as well.
