Canton power sub 8 vs sub 601

Im going to buy a new canton subwoofer
2 models im interested in are:
canton sub 601 (membran below)
canton power sub 8 (membrans front/below)
does anyone have review of them?
sound differents?
wich one should you recomended?

Can't find much info on either, why are you interested in these two specifically?

From what I can tell, they don't look like they have a lot of oomph to them. Hembiobutiken sells the SVS SB 1000 for about 1000SEK less than what those Canton models go for here, and I'm pretty sure that the SVS is a better sub than either of those Cantons:

If you want something more local, check out XTZ' offerings. They tend to be quite good, and not very expensive.

Second the question. Why Canton? Also, in the region Arendal has some pretty good subs in various price point ranges.
