Can someone help me understand these measurements of a naim streamer

I came across these Stereophile measurements of a naim Nd5xs2 streamer/dac. https://www.stereophile.com/content/naim-nd5-xs-2-media-player-measurements
I’m not a technical person with zero sound or electronics knowledge. So can someone explain what these measurements teach abiut the performance of this streamer? I understand there is a jitter problem when using s/pdif and the reviewers conclusion that it measures ‘respectfully’ might be stereophile’s euphemism / newspeak for overpriced & mediocre...

Very good DACs are indistinguishable in terms of sound quality. Before I found ASR I heard the ND5XS2 against few other dealer supplied DACs. Careful level setting between the DACs was not needed to demonstrate that the ND5XS2 was ‘diifferent’. My impression was ‘thin’ and ’harsh’ a bit like old style crossover distortion. The dealer agreed with my sentiments! The disappointing measurements from Sterophile rather confirms this. On a positive note the user interface is pretty good.
Perhaps I just heard a ‘rogue’ unit and the dealer was trying to steer me to higher priced DACs but that seems very unlikely

It measures poorly compared to high-quality (much cheaper) ones. I doubt it would sound any different, but you may as well pay less for something that performs better.
