Hello,
Please inform me how can I not overload a JBL 305 if I connect effects pedal Zoom G1X Four using an instrument cable.

I asked at the JBL pro website and it's what they replied: "As long as you don't overload the speaker, you should be fine. You most likely will want to set the input sensitivity for -10 as that matches unbalanced consumer level. If it overloads the input, then switch to +4. Hope that helps. "

How will I know if I am overloading at -10 sensitivity? I cant afford to bust my speaker..lol. Many thanks.

You may not, unless you can measure the output voltage of your stack.

Playing with clean tone, you might hear the speaker complaining (distortion).

Playing a distorted tone (effects) - who knows.

Then don't play "loudly".

Use the +4 setting on the speaker.
